Paul Fischer, Senior Vice President
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Riverfalls with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Business, Paul and has over 32 years of experience in commercial lending. He is also a graduate of the Madison School of Banking. He currently serves on the Belvidere Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and on the Vestry Board for Immanuel Lutheran Church in Belvidere. In addition, he is president elect for the Belvidere Noon Rotary, a member of the Kirkland Lions Club, treasurer of the Kirkland Lions Club July 4th Celebration, and a member of the Belvidere Referral Exchange. Paul is also past president of the Belvidere Chamber of Commerce and Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Allen Sisson, Senior Vice President
With a Bachelor of Science in Farm Management/Agricultural Finance from the College of ACES of the University of Illinois, Allen has over 32 years of commercial lending experience. A life-long resident of the Boone/McHenry County area, he is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Agricultural Lending School, the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Banking, and the ABA Graduate Commercial Lending School. Allen is a past member of the Belvidere Jaycees and is a member of the University of Illinois Alumni Association. He is the treasurer of the Boone County Board of Health, a board member and commissioner of the Boone County Housing Administration, and a member of the Belvidere Cosmopolitan Club.
Don Banks, Vice President
With over 18 years of experience in commercial lending, Don is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and a graduate of the Community Bankers Association of Illinois Midwest School for Community Bankers. Don is currently the first vice president of Bright Horizon Rotary, an executive board member of Growth Dimensions, and a trustee of Flora Township. In addition, he is a member of the Kirkland Lions and a member of the Community Building of Boone County Board of Directors.
Carl Dumoulin, Vice President
Carl earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois and is also a graduate of the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With over 25 years of experience in lending, he is the treasurer of the Belvidere Lions Club, past board member and current member of the finance and audit committees of the Rockford Area Literacy Council, and treasurer of the Greater Kirkland Area Chamber of Commerce. Carl is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, a volunteer for St. Vincent DePaul Society, a former member of St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Council in Belvidere, and a former member of the Boone County Extension Council.
